Where you provide data to us in connection with insurance brokerage, Vinay Makker (sole proprietorship, address as above) is the controller for that processing.

We only process personal data where this is necessary to operate this website, answer your enquiries or provide our services. This website does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services and does not embed third-party content such as Google Fonts, maps or social media plugins. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own hosting.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel automatically processes technical data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of the website. Vercel stores log data only briefly and then deletes it.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel under Art. 28 GDPR. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

The contact form on this website is not yet active. Data entered into the form is neither transmitted nor stored.

The “Login” button takes you to our client portal at app.myc-immo.de. The privacy policy provided there applies to data processing in the portal.

Our website also contains links to the websites of our sister companies and to external services. Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click such a link. That provider is responsible for its own data processing.

If you use our services (e.g. rental management, vacancy guarantee, tradesperson service, accounting), we process the necessary data to perform the contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations, for example under tax and commercial law (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR). Where necessary, we pass data on to tenants, tradespeople, service providers or – for insurance – insurers. You will receive details separately when concluding a contract.

We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Statutory retention periods, in particular under commercial and tax law (up to ten years) and under the rules for intermediaries, remain unaffected.
